Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
This consulting package will consist of interactive workshops and hands-on training around diversity and inclusion. We will explore the current climate of the organization to identify systemic issues that plague the entity. We will assist the partners in engaging in critical dialogue on race, class, gender, religion, and other identities. Our goal is for the organization to identify and correct policies and practices that prohibit diversity, inclusion, and healthy work cultures.
Political Data Collection
This consulting package will assist partners in polling their constituents for political purposes. I will guide the organization through the process of developing survey tools, collecting the data, and analyzing the data. Our goal is for the organization or political candidate to use polling data to make strategic campaign decisions.
