Offerings:

mKRISHI Lite:

Offered as  an entry level service, mKRISHI Lite is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based system. The farmers dial a published number (called IVR Service number) to avail this service.

Farmers listen & select the audio prompts (in local language). They record their questions and getsa question id for each question.

Experts analyze the queries, and provide the audio advice.  An SMS is sent to the each farmer indicating that his/her question has been replied to. When advice is available, the farmers enter the query id listen to the expert’s advice.

Expert can send various alerts like Weather forecast, Market Prices, package of practices in English or local languages to farmers.

mKRISHI Regular:

mKRISHI regular is a Mobile based service, where a mobile application resides on the farmer’s handset.  All the farmer interactions for the services happen through this application, in the local language.

The farmer downloads the mKRISHI application on his mKRISHI compatible and GPRS activated handset. He starts the application and provides the basic information about him and his farm. The menus are in the local language,

Partner’s Business Process specific service customization and Partner specific Branding are possible.

mKRISHI Plus:

mKRISHI plus offers AWS in farmer’s environment along with the mKRISHI regular service..

This AWS sends various weather parameters like rainfall, temperature, moisture, etc. related to the installed location, at regular interval.

This integration gives more personalized environment of the farm.

It is recommended for orchard crops such as grape, kinnow and oranges.
