Managing Conflict
Participants will engage in an interactive workshop managing conflict. Research shows that conflict is inevitable Therefore we assist participants in identifying their conflict personality and how to use the various modes of conflict. Our goal is that participants will be able to identify and utilize the appropriate conflict modes for a given situation.

Participants will engage in an interactive workshop questioning their life’s purpose. There are three elements to this session; purpose, vision, and drive. Our goals is for participants to walk away with the necessary tools to help them identify and live a purpose driven life.

Participants will engage in an interactive workshop around the use of social media for personal and professional branding. We will educate participants on different techniques involving social media marketing to better enhance their personal and social connections. Our goal of this session is for participants to maximize their social media presence to garner more personal and professional connections.

Participants will engage in an interactive workshop on the meaning of servant leadership. We will unpack the definition of servant leadership while providing an extensive example of leading within an organization. Our goal of this session is for participants to have a thorough understanding of servant leadership and how to become a transformational leader.

Goals (The Guide to Living a Successful Life)
Participants will engage in an interactive workshop on creating SMART goals. We will define the meaning of SMART goals and unpack the importance of creating plans to become successful. Our goal of this session is for participants to have a thorough understanding of the importance of setting SMART goals while walking away with targeted goals tailored toward their own success.

Participants will engage in an interactive workshop on the graduate admission process. We will break down the process of selecting and applying to graduate school. Our goal of this session is for participants to understand and feel confident in creating a competitive application.
Participants will engage in an interactive workshop on thriving in graduate school. We identify research-based practices for students to use to be successful in graduate school. Our goal is for each student to walk away with tools to utilize during graduate school to be successful.
Grad School 101
College 101(2 Sessions)
Participants will engage in an interactive workshop on the college admission process. We will discuss the ins and outs of selecting and applying to undergraduate institutions. Our goal of this session is for participants to understand and feel confident in creating a competitive application.
